By creating an account or accessing system data on LEARNLAG, you agree to comply with the terms of this Access Protocol (Terms & Conditions). Failure to comply may result in termination of system privileges.

[01] System Acceptance

By initiating access to the learnlag platform, you acknowledge and consent to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the full protocol, terminate access immediately.

[02] Credential Integrity

• > Data input must be accurate and verifiable.
• > Do not share access credentials (login, password).
• > Violation or fraudulent activity permits immediate system suspension.

[03] Instructor Protocol

• Maintain accurate schedule data.
• Execute scheduled tutoring sessions on time.
• Uphold professional conduct standards (Code of Ethics 7.2).

[04] Student Protocol

• Join booked sessions at the designated cycle time.
• Adhere to scheduled course timeframes.
• Respect system users (instructors, peers, administrators).

[05] System Sync & Calendar Integration

LEARNLAG may create, update, or remove Google Calendar events linked to your session bookings. By enabling Google Calendar sync, you grant consent for this automated scheduling functionality.

[06] Financial Transactions

Students execute all course payments via the Stripe API. All transaction fees and charges are displayed and confirmed prior to final checkout.

REFUND_CONDITIONS

• > Instructor failure to deliver purchased service (Class Non-Execution).
• > Verified system error or billing malfunction.

[07] Instructor Payouts

Payouts are processed based on system records of completed sessions and verified earnings. Instructors are responsible for maintaining accurate bank/mobile money details for successful transfer execution.

[08] Prohibited Conduct (High Priority)

• Harassment, abuse, or unauthorized data access.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Posting harmful or unauthorized content (Malware).
• System interference or unauthorized code injection.

[09] Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, and platform design elements remain the exclusive property of LEARNLAG or the respective authorized content creators. Unauthorized replication is strictly prohibited.

[10] Limitation of Liability

LEARNLAG is not liable for service interruption due to missed sessions, instructor delays, student non-compliance (no-shows), or failures originating from third-party API services.

[11] Protocol Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these access protocols.
